Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected.  If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. 

You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.

Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.

For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.

All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

  • Portable energy reserve: PowerMore 250 is the additional drinking-bottle-sized battery for even more range
  • Compact and 1.5 kilograms light, the range extender can be easily attached to the water bottle holder.
  • The Range Extender can be combined with PowerTubes and CompactTubes of the smart system
In general, PowerMore 250 can be ordered as a retrofit product at your eBike dealer. You also need a cable that needs to be ordered separately. You can find out the right cable length from your eBike manufacturer or at the eBike dealer.

Whether you can upgrade the additional battery PowerMore 250 to your eBike, you can learn from the dealer or via the eBike Flow app (Settings > My eBike > eBike Pass > Components). If you use an eBike display, you can find out via Settings > My eBike: If the PowerMore menu is displayed here, you can retrofit the range extender.

PowerMore can only be used if a manufacturer’s approval has been granted for the eBike in question, otherwise the battery pack cannot be operated. You can check whether the corresponding approval is available via DiagnosticTool 3, the display or the Flow app. More information can be found in theBosch eBike Partner Portalor in theHelp Centeron the Bosch eBike website.
